Saville Construction undertook the complete restoration / conversion of a derelict mews house in Holland Park. Prior to purchasing the house we sought their advice on the potential cost of the building work and a suitable proposed budget for the overall project. Based on the advice given we offered on the house and our bid was accepted. Saville Construction then put us in touch with architects and engineers etc. Guy assisted in the design and layout of the proposed house and was on hand through all of the pre-site phases.
